FORD MUSTANG SHELBY GT500
The Shelby Mustang was built in the early years by Shelby American /Shelby Automotive. The GT500 was the top of the line Grand Touring muscle car of the day with very distinctive styling from the standard Mustang stable. At SP, we keeping this one stock in “Competition Red” paint with yellow stripes borrowed from the Mustang GT initially. This model was the last program of Ford and Caroll Shelby joint venture in ‘69. The powerful V8 428 Cobra Jet was nicknamed “Police Interceptor”.
